The actress Keke Palmer announced to the world she is pregnant on Saturday Night Live and her legion of her fans are excited for her.
Millions watched her grow up on TV and on the big screen with roles on projects like Barbershop 2: Back in Business as well as playing the lead on the Nickelodeon series True Jackson, VP.
However, not everyone is happy about the pregnancy.
Republican Herschel Walker is in a fierce fight with Democrat Reverend Raphael Warnock in the Georgia Senate runoff election. Several polls have Warnock slightly ahead. Many voters seem turned off by Walker's chaotic ramblings about werewolves vs vampires as well as the reports he is a bad dad and paid for abortions for women he's had affairs with.
Whether it was out of desperation, forgetting who he's had intercourse with, or a combination of the two, anonymous sources close to the Republican state Mr. Walker wrote Keke a large check to end her pregnancy.
"He thought he was playing it safe," an unnamed source said. "He believes having another baby out of wedlock is worse than paying for an abortion."
Former President Donald J. Trump is supporting his friend in this hour of need. After all, it was Trump who helped catapult Walker into politics in the first place. "He's the best person named Herschel Walker I know. Vote as if your life depends on it because the crooked voting system is crooked," Trump posted on his social media platform Truth Social.
MAGA Republicans seem unaffected by the newest controversy. A snap poll shows that voters who self-identify as Kanye West fans are still voting for Walker. After all, having another GOP senator increases the chances of getting another anti-abortion conservative Supreme Court Justice appointed sometime in the future.
